With over 30 years of construction experience, Bryan Surgi is the Co-owner and operational backbone of Atlas, where he oversees finance, HR, and accounting with the precision of a master inspector. A Certified Building Official holding more than 25 specialized certifications in inspections and plan review, Bryan spent 15 years honing his expertise in construction consulting before co-founding Atlas to fix a common industry flaw: the lack of personalized, responsive service found in large corporate firms.

Coming from a deep-rooted family of building inspectors, his approach combines high-level technical mastery with a commitment to individual client needs that only a family-run business can provide. When he’s not streamlining operations or ensuring project compliance, you can usually find him recharging on the water, pursuing his passion for boating and fishing.

As a Co-owner of Atlas, Lee Swain brings 25 years of industry experience and a genuine passion for people to his role in business development and client retention. Lee’s "never met a stranger" philosophy is the heartbeat of Atlas’s customer-first approach; he prioritizes listening to client needs and maintaining constant communication to ensure the highest level of professional service.

While he drives the company's steady growth, Lee remains deeply rooted in the field, serving as a backup inspector and mentor who enjoys sharing his knowledge with the next generation of builders. Guided by his faith and a laid-back demeanor, he ensures that Atlas remains humble and responsive, a stark contrast to impersonal corporate firms. When he isn’t out in the field or supporting clients, Lee is likely at his ranch, where he channels his lifelong love for animals into boarding and breeding horses and caring for a lively collection of cats, rabbits, and a parrot.
